Hannah’s HOPE at Arvest Ballpark

Hannah’s HOPE will be at the Arvest Ballpark this FRIDAY, August 20, 2010!

This Friday is the Arvest Ballpark “Back to School Bash”!

We will be at the main gates selling “Launch-a-balls”!
Each ball cost $1.00 with all proceeds going to Hannah’s HOPE.

Then at the end of the game, you will have a chance to “launch” your ball/balls onto the field. If your ball lands on the banner or in the bucket you can win awesome prizes! (possibly: a hat, shirt, or a trip of your choice)

Gates will open at 5:30pm, with a concert starting at 6:00 featuring Seventh Day Slumber. Then, after the concert, hang around and enjoy the NWA Naturals as they take on the Arkansas Travelers. After the game is when you will “launch” your ball on to the field. Finally the evening will be complete with a breath taking fireworks display!

We would love to see you at the game!

“Jon and Tiffany Boles started a organization called Hannah’s HOPE in honor of their daughter who died after fighting a rare form of Pediatric Cancer. This family now raises money to help others who have a child fighting this disease. They help people with things like electric bills, gas, and food. Those extra expenses that come with working to help save your child’s life. We meet them last weekend at John Q Hammons for a special fundraiser. Our Commercial and Upcoming Events

Hannah’s HOPE has continued to grow at a rapid pace!
I am excited about this years events and all the wonderful things we have in store. Many people are starting to know what Hannah’s HOPE is and people are becoming knowledgeable that we exist! This is great news because there are so many children in Arkansas that need support and assistance!

At the top of this post is the commercial that will soon be on television. We have been blessed in so many ways by many many people and we are extremely gracious and humble. In return Hannah’s HOPE has been able to help many families that have a child battling cancer!

Help Support Hannah Grace Crumby and Family!

Hannah Grace is from NW Arkansas and was recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, ALL. Hannah’s HOPE is teaming up with some of The Crumby’s family and friends to help support this family.

Our first benefit fundraiser will be on Saturday October 17th from 10-4 in front of the Rogers Wal-Mart on Walnut street. There will be baked goods for sale and some raffle items.

Run Buffalo Wild for Pediatric Cancer

Hannah’s HOPE Run Buffalo Wild for Pediatric Cancer 5K and Hot Wing Eating Contest was AWESOME!

We had 57 runners and over 20 walkers. The morning started out with a few sprinkles then the rain held off right before the gun went off to start the race! All the runners did a terrific job.

The Hot Wing eating contest had 9 contestants. The winner Curtis ate 18 hot wings in 5 minutes! All the contestants ate a lot of hot wings, over 125 hot wings were devoured in 5 minutes. A BIG Thank You goes out to Buffalo Wild Wings for helping us host this event!

This event was one of my favorites, I can’t wait until next years race!

Hannah’s HOPE Golf Tournament & Gala

September 10th was the Hannah’s HOPE 1st Annual Charity Golf Tournament. We had 45 golfers that attend and it was a great success!

Then, on Saturday, September 12th was the Hannah’s HOPE 1st Annual Benefit Gala!
It was such a beautiful evening filled with laughter and tears. The evening began with the silent auction; we had over 125 items donated. The back of the ballroom was full of everything from art work, jewelry, a signed Nascar and Basketball, to a pink cow, and a couch! There was definitely something there for everyone!
Then we were served a wonderful dinner prepared by the Embassy Suites chef. Jon opened the evening with a slide show of Hannah’s Journey and then spoke about Hannah’s HOPE, what we do and why we help others. Next our special speaker Stacy Henagan did a wonderful job telling us about her journey with her daughter Haven, whom passed away ten years ago from cancer.
The Auction reopened for those last final bids after the Pediatric Cancer Awareness Slide show finished. We had two wonderful bands. Naturally Brass and Brock Short & and The Fire were a wonderful addition to the evening! All in all our first Gala was a success and I am excited about next years Gala!

Jump!Zone

Hannah’s HOPE showed our love for kids on September 2nd. We were at Jump!Zone and ALL the kids both young and old had a wonderful time!
September is Pediatric Cancer Awarness Month and we are spreading the word that kids get cancer too!
